About the event
You’re invited! Meet others from the SBC community at our in-person meetup in Oak Brook, Illinois on Saturday, October 26. This is a safe and welcoming space to connect with others who understand what it’s like to receive a breast cancer diagnosis.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, navigating survivorship several years out, or living with metastatic breast cancer, you’ll find a community of like-minded people here to support and encourage you as we build our Chicagoland SBC community.
Our in-person meetups offer a place to:
- Connect with others diagnosed with breast cancer
- Get peer-to-peer support from those who’ve been there
- Receive encouragement from your breast cancer community
- Gain valuable insights and tips from the group
- Learn how to get more involved with SBC
Our group is open to all those diagnosed, regardless of your stage of breast cancer, treatment status, or years of survivorship. We believe that everyone diagnosed with breast cancer deserves a supportive and understanding environment.
